There are two basic methods for steam blowing: constant pressure blowing and decompression blowing. It is not advisable to blow more than 4 times per hour. The main scope of blowpipe: boiler superheater, reheater and their systems; main steam pipe, reheated steam cold section pipe and hot section pipe; high-pressure bypass system; steam-driven feed water pump steam source pipe. The control door should be fully opened during purging; when used for heat storage and pressure reduction method, the opening time of the control door should generally be less than 1 min. Before the formal purge, perform 2 to 3 pre-purges lower than the selected purge pressure to check the condition of the purge temporary equipment and familiarize yourself with the control operation. Generally, the pre-purging pressure can be selected according to 30%-40%, 50%-60%, 70%-80% of the selected blowpipe pressure.
